Recommended use: Mix 58 grams of powder (2 scoops) with 300-500ml of water. The amount of water determines how creamy or watery the shake is, this is personal preference. With more water, you also replenish more fluid reserves immediately after exercise.

Ingredients: WHEY protein concentrate (cow’s MILK, LACTOSE), maltodextrin, fructose, cocoa powder (5%), flavouring, emulsifier (lecithin (SOYA)), thickener (xanthan gum), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide). May contain traces of eggs and gluten.

Directions: Mix 2 scoops of powder (58 g) with 300-500 ml of water, shake for 20 seconds and drink immediately after exercise. Store the product in a cool and dry place.
