🇨🇿 Peace Race ✅ Šternberkben ért véget ma a Békeverseny, ahol ezúttal Barni volt a legjobb versenyzőnk, egy 31. hellyel a lábában. Fontos négy nap volt ez a csapat fiataljainak, és sikerült szépen helytállni. Nem mindig adta ki a vége, de ott voltunk az elejével, amikor tudtunk 👊🏻 A következő megálló Ausztria és a V4-versenyek első fele. – Last stage of the Peace Race today in Šternberk. Barni was our best-placed rider on the fast and difficult city circuit, eventually managing to grab 31st place. It was a very important four days for our U23 squad, racing against the world’s best youth riders. We did not have the luckiest finishes here, but we definitely had some promising moments. 🇨🇿 Done with the Queen 👑 Megvolt a királyszakasz is, nem volt egyszerű… Máté végzett a legjobban, nagy küzdelem árán, majdnem három percre a győztestől. 🛡️ Still on the front 🇨🇿 Máté tegnap megjött az elejével, így mint a GC-riderünk, még mindig versenyben van a mai királyetap előtt. 👌🏻 Igazi hegyi befutó lesz ma: 13 km hosszú, 5,5%-os átlagos meredekséggel. 👀 Kevésbé jó hír, hogy Csongort elveszítettük. Tegnap már nem érezte jól magát, így ki kell hagynia a második két szakaszt. Neki jobbulást kívánunk! 🙏🏻 – Yesterday, Máté managed to arrive with the front group, which puts him in a great position before today’s queen stage. We are finishing with a real bad boy today: 13 km long with an average 5.5% gradient. 👀 On the less cheerful side of things, Csongor unfortunately DNF’d yesterday after feeling ill throughout the day. 🇨🇿 First day ✅ Természetesen azonnal bekezdett a mezőny, mindenki szeretné megmutatni magát az U23-asok egyik legfontosabb versenyén 👀 Három versenyzőnk is megjött a sprinten, közülük Márkónak sikerült a legjobban: egy kisebb bukást kikerülve a végén a 15. helyen zárt. Holnap egy hosszabb, 150 kilométeres szakasz következik, egy kulcsfontosságú emelkedővel a lejtős befutó előtt. Elöl kell lenni 🫡 – Full gas right away at the Peace Race today. No surprise all the young guns want to shine in front of the eyes of the WT scouts 👀 We tried our best as well, and three of our riders arrived with the front group. Marko was our best sprinter today, taking 15th place despite being held up by a small crash in the finish.
