Recommended use: Eat 1-3 bars per hour during exercise. Usage depends on personal carbohydrate requirements.

Ideal during a short explosive effort. Be sparing with too much solid food during exercise. For extra energy, combine this bar with: Energy Nougat, Energy Fruit Chew, Drink Gel, Energy Drink, and Ice Gel.
