MAYER coffee

We had to wait a year for it, but thanks to the collaboration with MAYER, the TUS coffee has finally arrived in the shop. Medium roast, 100% arabica (just as it should be), somewhere halfway between specialty and Italian coffees. And who knows, maybe this is what you’ll use to pour the next base of the TUS jersey’s latte art design.

The unique blend created in collaboration with Impresso Micro Roastery is an excellent mix of Brazilian and Colombian coffees. This espresso blend comes from two exceptional growing regions: from Brazil’s Minas Gerais region, the Samba lot with its sweet, chocolatey notes, and from Colombia’s Risaralda region, where fruitiness, citrus acidity, and caramel sweetness provide the complex flavor profile of the coffee beans.
