1. General provisions
1.1. The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) contain the terms and conditions of purchase in the Team United Shipping webshop (hereinafter referred to as “Webshop”) operated by Sportena Management International Kft. (registered office: 1095 Budapest, Lechner Ödön fasor 1., company registration number: 0109334000, tax number: 26593638-2-43, hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”).
1.2. These GTC apply to all sales contracts concluded between the Service Provider and the user of the Webshop (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) through the Webshop.
1.3. By using the Webshop and by placing an order, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of these GTC and acknowledges them as binding.
1.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these GTC at any time. Amendments shall enter into force after publication on the Webshop and shall not apply to orders already placed.

3. Ordering process
3.1. The Customer can choose from the products available in the Webshop. Detailed descriptions and photos of the products are available.
3.2. You can add the selected product to your basket by clicking on the “Add to basket” button. You can view and modify the contents of the basket by clicking on the “Basket” icon.
3.3. To finalise the order, the Customer must click on the “Proceed to checkout” button.
3.4. On the checkout page, the Customer must enter their shipping and billing details and select the shipping and payment method.
3.5. The order is placed by clicking on the “Submit order” button. By doing so, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
3.6. The Service Provider will send an automatic confirmation e-mail to the Customer upon receipt of the order. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance of the order, but merely confirms that the order has been recorded.
3.7. The Service Provider will accept the order by a separate e-mail informing the Customer about the processing of the order and the expected delivery time. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the acceptance e-mail from the Supplier.
4. Prices and payment terms
4.1. The prices indicated in the Webshop are in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include the value added tax (VAT). The shipping costs are indicated separately on the checkout page.
4.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
4.3. The Customer can choose from the following payment methods:
- SimplePay: payment by bank card through the SimplePay system.
4.4. Payment is made when the order is placed.
5. Terms of delivery
5.1. The Service Provider will send the ordered products to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
5.2. Delivery time may vary depending on product availability and delivery method. The Service Provider will inform the Customer of the expected delivery time in the order acceptance e-mail.
5.3. The Service Provider offers the following delivery methods:
- GLS home delivery
- GLS delivery to parcel machines or parcel points
- MPL (Hungarian Postal Logistics)
5.4. The shipping costs are charged to the Customer, the amount of which depends on the weight of the order and the chosen shipping method. The shipping cost will be indicated on the checkout page.
5.5. The Customer is obliged to inspect the parcel upon receipt and, if he/she notices any damage, to file a report with the deliverer. The Service Provider will not accept any subsequent claims regarding the damaged parcel.
6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. A Consumer (a natural person acting outside the scope of his/her profession, self-employment or business activity, as defined in Section 8:1(3) of the Civil Code) may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product without giving any reason.
6.2. The Customer shall send his/her intention to exercise the right of withdrawal to the Service Provider by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or e-mail) to the following contact details:

6.3. The Customer may also use the model withdrawal form available on the Webshop for his/her withdrawal.
6.4. In case of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to return the product to the Service Provider without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer.
6.5. The Service Provider is obliged to reimburse the total amount paid by the Customer, including the shipping costs, without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal, provided that the product has been returned to the Service Provider or the Customer has provided credible proof of its return. The refund shall be made by the payment method used by the Customer at the time of payment, unless the Customer has provided otherwise.
6.6. The Customer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- In the case of a product which is not prefabricated, which has been manufactured on the instructions or at the express request of the consumer, or which is clearly personalised for the consumer.
- For perishable or short-lived products.
- For sealed products that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons.
- For sound or video recordings or computer software, if the packaging has been opened by the consumer.
7. Warranty, product guarantee and warranty
7.1 Warranty for accessories: the Service Provider is liable for defects of the products sold by it according to the provisions of the Civil Code. The Customer may assert its claims for warranty of accessories within two years from the date of performance. The Customer may request repair or replacement, unless the chosen warranty claim is impossible to fulfil or would result in disproportionate additional costs for the Service Provider compared to the fulfilment of other warranty claims. If the repair or replacement has not been or could not have been requested by the Customer, the Customer may request a price reduction or, as a last resort, withdraw from the contract.
7.2 Product Warranty: In the event of a defect in a movable item (product), the consumer may, at his/her option, claim under the accessories warranty or the product warranty as set out in the previous section. The consumer may make a product warranty claim within two years of the date on which the product was placed on the market by the manufacturer. Only the repair or replacement of the defective product can be claimed under the product warranty. A product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force at the time of its placing on the market or if it does not have the characteristics described by the manufacturer.
8. Data protection

9. Intellectual property rights
All content on the Webshop, including texts, images, logos and other graphic elements, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider or its partners and is protected by copyright. Their use is prohibited without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
10. Handling complaints
10.1. The Customer may submit complaints about the Webshop or the order to the following contact details:

10.2. The Service Provider will investigate the complaint within 30 days of receipt and respond to the Customer in writing.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present GTC and the contracts concluded on the basis thereof shall be governed by Hungarian law. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts for the resolution of any disputes.
12. Final provisions
12.1. If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The parties shall replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that best serves the purpose of the original provision.
12.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the content and operation of the Webshop at any time.
