(sz\u00e9khely:  1095 Budapest, Lechner \u00d6d\u00f6n fasor 1., c\u00e9gjegyz\u00e9ksz\u00e1m: 0109334000, ad\u00f3sz\u00e1m: 26593638-2-43, a tov\u00e1bbiakban: Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3) \u00e1ltal \u00fczemeltetett Team United Shipping web\u00e1ruh\u00e1zban (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: Webshop) t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s felt\u00e9teleit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.2. A jelen \u00c1SZF hat\u00e1lya kiterjed minden olyan ad\u00e1sv\u00e9teli szerz\u0151d\u00e9sre, amely a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 \u00e9s a Webshop felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3ja (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3) k\u00f6z\u00f6tt a Webshopon kereszt\u00fcl j\u00f6n l\u00e9tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.3. A Webshop haszn\u00e1lat\u00e1val \u00e9s a megrendel\u00e9s lead\u00e1s\u00e1val a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 elfogadja a jelen \u00c1SZF felt\u00e9teleit, \u00e9s mag\u00e1ra n\u00e9zve k\u00f6telez\u0151nek ismeri el azokat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.4. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 fenntartja a jogot, hogy a jelen \u00c1SZF-et b\u00e1rmikor egyoldal\u00faan m\u00f3dos\u00edtsa. A m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sok a Webshopon t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 k\u00f6zz\u00e9t\u00e9telt k\u00f6vet\u0151en l\u00e9pnek hat\u00e1lyba, \u00e9s nem vonatkoznak a m\u00e1r leadott megrendel\u00e9sekre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. A term\u00e9kekr\u0151l r\u00e9szletes le\u00edr\u00e1s \u00e9s fot\u00f3k \u00e1llnak rendelkez\u00e9sre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2. A kiv\u00e1lasztott term\u00e9ket a \u201eKos\u00e1rba teszem\u201d gombra kattintva helyezheti a kos\u00e1rba. A kos\u00e1r tartalm\u00e1t a \u201eKos\u00e1r\u201d ikonra kattintva tekintheti meg \u00e9s m\u00f3dos\u00edthatja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. A megrendel\u00e9s v\u00e9gleges\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3nak a \u201eTov\u00e1bb a p\u00e9nzt\u00e1rhoz\u201d gombra kell kattintania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4. A p\u00e9nzt\u00e1r oldalon a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3nak meg kell adnia a sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si \u00e9s sz\u00e1ml\u00e1z\u00e1si adatait, valamint ki kell v\u00e1lasztania a sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si \u00e9s fizet\u00e9si m\u00f3dot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.5. A megrendel\u00e9s lead\u00e1sa a \u201eMegrendel\u00e9s elk\u00fcld\u00e9se\u201d gombra kattintva t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik. Ezzel a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 k\u00f6telez\u0151 \u00e9rv\u00e9ny\u0171 aj\u00e1nlatot tesz a kiv\u00e1lasztott term\u00e9kek megv\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.6. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a megrendel\u00e9s be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6vet\u0151en automatikus visszaigazol\u00f3 e-mailt k\u00fcld a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3nak. Ez az e-mail nem jelenti a megrendel\u00e9s elfogad\u00e1s\u00e1t, csup\u00e1n annak r\u00f6gz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t igazolja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.7. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a megrendel\u00e9st k\u00fcl\u00f6n e-mailben fogadja el, amelyben t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3t a megrendel\u00e9s feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l \u00e9s a v\u00e1rhat\u00f3 sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si id\u0151r\u0151l. A szerz\u0151d\u00e9s a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 elfogad\u00f3 e-mailj\u00e9nek meg\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9vel j\u00f6n l\u00e9tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. \u00c1rak \u00e9s fizet\u00e9si felt\u00e9telek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. A Webshopban felt\u00fcntetett \u00e1rak magyar forintban (HUF) \u00e9rtend\u0151k \u00e9s tartalmazz\u00e1k az \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos forgalmi ad\u00f3t (\u00c1FA). A sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9g k\u00fcl\u00f6n ker\u00fcl felt\u00fcntet\u00e9sre a p\u00e9nzt\u00e1r oldalon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.2. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 fenntartja a jogot az \u00e1rak m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra. Az \u00e1rm\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sok nem \u00e9rintik a m\u00e1r leadott \u00e9s visszaigazolt megrendel\u00e9seket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.3. A V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 fizet\u00e9si m\u00f3dok k\u00f6z\u00fcl v\u00e1laszthat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>SimplePay:<\/strong> Bankk\u00e1rty\u00e1s fizet\u00e9s a SimplePay rendszer\u00e9n kereszt\u00fcl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4.4. A fizet\u00e9s a megrendel\u00e9s lead\u00e1sakor t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si felt\u00e9telek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a megrendelt term\u00e9keket a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 \u00e1ltal megadott sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si c\u00edmre k\u00fcldi el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.2. A sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si id\u0151 a term\u00e9k el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t\u0151l \u00e9s a sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si m\u00f3dt\u00f3l f\u00fcgg\u0151en v\u00e1ltozhat. A v\u00e1rhat\u00f3 sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si id\u0151r\u0151l a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a megrendel\u00e9s elfogad\u00f3 e-mailj\u00e9ben t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.3. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si m\u00f3dokat k\u00edn\u00e1lja:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>GLS h\u00e1zhozsz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GLS csomagautomat\u00e1ba vagy csomagpontra sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MPL (Magyar Posta Logisztika)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>5.4. A sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9g a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3t terheli, melynek \u00f6sszege a megrendel\u00e9s s\u00faly\u00e1t\u00f3l \u00e9s a v\u00e1lasztott sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si m\u00f3dt\u00f3l f\u00fcgg. A sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9g a p\u00e9nzt\u00e1r oldalon ker\u00fcl felt\u00fcntet\u00e9sre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.5. A V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 k\u00f6teles a csomagot \u00e1tv\u00e9telkor ellen\u0151rizni, \u00e9s amennyiben s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9st tapasztal, jegyz\u0151k\u00f6nyvet felvetetni a k\u00e9zbes\u00edt\u0151vel. Ut\u00f3lagos reklam\u00e1ci\u00f3t a s\u00e9r\u00fclt csomaggal kapcsolatban a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 nem fogad el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. El\u00e1ll\u00e1si jog<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1. A fogyaszt\u00f3nak min\u0151s\u00fcl\u0151 V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 (a Polg\u00e1ri T\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyv 8:1. \u00a7 3. pontja szerint term\u00e9szetes szem\u00e9ly, aki szakm\u00e1ja, \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 foglalkoz\u00e1sa vagy \u00fczleti tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9ge k\u00f6r\u00e9n k\u00edv\u00fcl j\u00e1r el) a term\u00e9k \u00e1tv\u00e9tel\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 14 napon bel\u00fcl indokol\u00e1s n\u00e9lk\u00fcl el\u00e1llhat a szerz\u0151d\u00e9st\u0151l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2. Az el\u00e1ll\u00e1si jog gyakorl\u00e1s\u00e1ra vonatkoz\u00f3 sz\u00e1nd\u00e9k\u00e1t a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171 nyilatkozat\u00e1val (pl. postai \u00faton vagy elektronikus lev\u00e9lben) k\u00f6teles eljuttatni a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3hoz az al\u00e1bbi el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9geken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/teamunitedshipping.hu\/contact-webshop\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/teamunitedshipping.hu\/contact-webshop\/\">Webshop kapcsolatfelv\u00e9teli \u0171rlap<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E-mail c\u00edm:<\/strong> shop@teamunitedshipping.hu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>6.3. El\u00e1ll\u00e1s eset\u00e9n a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 k\u00f6teles a term\u00e9ket halad\u00e9ktalanul, de legk\u00e9s\u0151bb az el\u00e1ll\u00e1si nyilatkozat k\u00f6zl\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 14 napon bel\u00fcl visszak\u00fcldeni a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 r\u00e9sz\u00e9re. A term\u00e9k visszak\u00fcld\u00e9s\u00e9nek k\u00f6zvetlen k\u00f6lts\u00e9ge a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3t terheli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.4. A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 k\u00f6teles a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 \u00e1ltal kifizetett teljes \u00f6sszeget, bele\u00e9rtve a sz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9get is, halad\u00e9ktalanul, de legk\u00e9s\u0151bb az el\u00e1ll\u00e1si nyilatkozat k\u00e9zhezv\u00e9tel\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 14 napon bel\u00fcl visszat\u00e9r\u00edteni, felt\u00e9ve hogy a term\u00e9ket a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 visszakapta, vagy a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 hitelt \u00e9rdeml\u0151en igazolta annak visszak\u00fcld\u00e9s\u00e9t. A visszat\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 \u00e1ltal a fizet\u00e9skor haszn\u00e1lt fizet\u00e9si m\u00f3don t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, kiv\u00e9ve ha a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 m\u00e1sk\u00e9nt nem rendelkezik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.5. A V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 nem gyakorolhatja az el\u00e1ll\u00e1si jogot az al\u00e1bbi esetekben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Olyan nem el\u0151re gy\u00e1rtott term\u00e9k eset\u00e9ben, amelyet a fogyaszt\u00f3 utas\u00edt\u00e1sa alapj\u00e1n vagy kifejezett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e1ll\u00edtottak el\u0151, vagy olyan term\u00e9k eset\u00e9ben, amelyet egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171en a fogyaszt\u00f3 szem\u00e9ly\u00e9re szabtak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Romland\u00f3 vagy min\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t r\u00f6vid ideig meg\u0151rz\u0151 term\u00e9k tekintet\u00e9ben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olyan z\u00e1rt csomagol\u00e1s\u00fa term\u00e9k tekintet\u00e9ben, amely eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gv\u00e9delmi vagy higi\u00e9niai okokb\u00f3l az \u00e1tbont\u00e1s ut\u00e1n nem k\u00fcldhet\u0151 vissza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hang- vagy k\u00e9pfelv\u00e9tel, illetve sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9pes szoftver tekintet\u00e9ben, ha a csomagol\u00e1st a fogyaszt\u00f3 felbontotta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Kell\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1g, term\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1g \u00e9s j\u00f3t\u00e1ll\u00e1s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1. <strong>Kell\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1g:<\/strong> A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a Polg\u00e1ri T\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyv rendelkez\u00e9sei szerint kell\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1ggal tartozik az \u00e1ltala eladott term\u00e9kek hib\u00e1i\u00e9rt. A V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 a teljes\u00edt\u00e9s id\u0151pontj\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott k\u00e9t \u00e9ven bel\u00fcl \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edtheti kell\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9nyeit. A V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 k\u00e9rhet kijav\u00edt\u00e1st vagy kicser\u00e9l\u00e9st, kiv\u00e9ve ha a v\u00e1lasztott szavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9ny teljes\u00edt\u00e9se lehetetlen vagy a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra m\u00e1s szavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9ny teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez k\u00e9pest ar\u00e1nytalan t\u00f6bbletk\u00f6lts\u00e9get eredm\u00e9nyezne. Ha a kijav\u00edt\u00e1st vagy a kicser\u00e9l\u00e9st a V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 nem k\u00e9rte, illetve nem k\u00e9rhette, \u00fagy \u00e1rlesz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1st ig\u00e9nyelhet vagy \u2013 v\u00e9gs\u0151 esetben \u2013 el\u00e1llhat a szerz\u0151d\u00e9st\u0151l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2. <strong>Term\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1g:<\/strong> Ing\u00f3 dolog (term\u00e9k) hib\u00e1ja eset\u00e9n a fogyaszt\u00f3 \u2013 v\u00e1laszt\u00e1sa szerint \u2013 az el\u0151z\u0151 pontban meghat\u00e1rozott kell\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi vagy term\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9ny\u00e9t \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edtheti. Term\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9ny\u00e9t a fogyaszt\u00f3 a term\u00e9k gy\u00e1rt\u00f3 \u00e1ltali forgalomba hozatal\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott k\u00e9t \u00e9ven bel\u00fcl \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edtheti.<sup><\/sup> Term\u00e9kszavatoss\u00e1gi ig\u00e9nyk\u00e9nt kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a hib\u00e1s term\u00e9k kijav\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t vagy kicser\u00e9l\u00e9s\u00e9t lehet \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edteni. A term\u00e9k akkor hib\u00e1s, ha nem felel meg a forgalomba hozatalakor hat\u00e1lyos min\u0151s\u00e9gi k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeknek vagy ha nem rendelkezik a gy\u00e1rt\u00f3<sup><\/sup> \u00e1ltal adott le\u00edr\u00e1sban szerepl\u0151 tulajdons\u00e1gokkal.<sup><\/sup> &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Adatv\u00e9delem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Webshopon kereszt\u00fcl t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 adatkezel\u00e9sre vonatkoz\u00f3 r\u00e9szletes inform\u00e1ci\u00f3k a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 <a href=\"\/hu\/adatkezelesi-tajekoztato\/\">Adatv\u00e9delmi Nyilatkozat\u00e1ban<\/a> tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Szellemi tulajdonjogok<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Webshopon tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 minden tartalom, bele\u00e9rtve a sz\u00f6vegeket, k\u00e9peket, log\u00f3kat \u00e9s egy\u00e9b grafikai elemeket, a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 vagy annak partnerei szellemi tulajdon\u00e1t k\u00e9pezik, \u00e9s szerz\u0151i jogv\u00e9delem alatt \u00e1llnak. Ezek felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1sa a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 el\u0151zetes \u00edr\u00e1sbeli enged\u00e9lye n\u00e9lk\u00fcl tilos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. Panaszkezel\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.1. A V\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00f3 a Webshoppal vagy a megrendel\u00e9ssel kapcsolatos panaszait az al\u00e1bbi el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9geken terjesztheti el\u0151:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>E-mail c\u00edm:<\/strong> shop@teamunitedshipping.hu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Postai c\u00edm:<\/strong> Sportena Management International Kft., 1095 Budapest, Lechner \u00d6d\u00f6n fasor 1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>10.2.
